At Excel Career Services, our goal is to match job-seekers to career opportunities tailored to their specific skillset and interests. We do this by reviewing multiple career paths and options within the pharmaceutical industry, identifying the skills and qualifications required to be successful in a particular role, and creating an individualized plan for each client. We currently offer courses in Clinical Operations and Clinical Development, in addition to general resume and interview preparation support.

We also work with employers to provide staffing solutions. We train and onboard new hires in clinical scientist and medical monitoring roles. We can train new hires on data review and cleaning processes. We also offer oncology indication specific  training along with other clinical development services such as authoring study data review plans, medical monitoring plans and SOPs.
